Preparation:

Required Ingredients – To prepare the pastry, all you need is 450 g apples, 2 eggs, 100 g soft butter or margarine and 75 ml milk

  1. Place the baking pan according to the instructions (on the baking pan).
  2. Preheat the oven. Top/bottom heat: about 180°C Hot air: about 160°C
  3. Prepare topping : Put the mixture for the crumble in a mixing bowl. Add 50 g of butter or margarine. Mix everything with a blender (stirring sticks) on the lowest setting to crumble. Peel the apples and cut them into coarse cubes.
  4. Prepare the dough : Pour the mixture for the base into a mixing bowl. Add 50 g butter or margarine, eggs and milk and mix briefly with the mixer (stirring sticks) to form a smooth dough. Pour the dough into the tin and smooth it out. Spread the apples on top and sprinkle with coarse decorative sugar with cinnamon. Then spread sprinkles on top. Place the tin on the rack in the oven. Insert in lower third of oven. Baking time: about 30 mins.
  5. Leave the cake to cool in the tin on a wire rack. Unfold sides of the tin and cut into 8 pieces.
