The products total cost on www.tgsdu.com.au does already include shipping and handling from Germany to our warehouse in NSW, Australia. It does not include the freight cost from our warehouse to the Customer.
The shipping costs within Australia are depending on the parcels weight:
For small parcels the costs is $8.95
For orders medium parcels up to 5kg the cost is $12.20
For orders large parcels up to 5kg the cost is $15.35
For orders Extra large up to 5kg the costs are $18.50
For orders 5-10kg to VIC, NSW, ACT, SA & QLD the postage is $29.80. For WA, TAS & NT, please contact us, or make multiple smaller orders and the cheapest shipping option will be chosen, and refunds for extra postage paid will be given.
Please note that we do not offer Pick-Up from our warehouse.

We are happy to accept returns of your purchased goods if they are damaged, faulty or do not match the description provided by us at point (and time) of sale, please tell us at the earliest opportunity but not later than 24hrs after receiving the goods:

- the date when the issue became apparent

that you would like to return goods, specifying exactly what goods, when purchased, the Transaction Number, and giving full details of the damage, defect, fault, or other reason for return. We will then issue a return authorization number which is valid for 10 days and it is then your responsibility to ship the item back to us at your cost. You will need to include a copy of the invoice and be sure to write the return authorization number on the OUTSIDE of the package as well as on the copy of the invoice. WE DO NOT ACCEPT C.O.D. returns under any circumstances – please do not send the package back to us C.O.D. as the refusal will only delay your warranty. Please return the good securely wrapped and including all its packaging in their original condition.
It is the responsibility of the customer to carefully inspect the goods immediately when they are delivered. Credit Claims will only be recognised if made in the first instance by email within 24 HOURS of receipt, and also in writing within 7 days of delivery.
Claims outside this period will be at the absolute discretion of the company, and its decision final and binding on the customer. All goods returned must be in original condition and packaging and complete in every detail. Goods will only be accepted if the freight is prepaid by the customer.

We offer a credit or refund at your election for any items that are damaged in transit except heat sensitive items damaged from heat during transit to the customer e.g. items containing chocolate. We also offer a credit or refund for the capped shipping cost if the order in its entirety is assessed as damaged in transit. A photo may be requested of the damaged item/s. You must provide us with the invoice we issued to you for your order or other proof of purchase to make a claim under this clause. We offer a credit or refund at your election for any items assessed as defective, not as described or not of acceptable quality.
Please note that special ordered products through the wishlist will not be covered by our warranty if they get damaged or lost during transit.
