Ingredients: WHEAT FLOUR *, sugar *, potato starch *, iodized salt (salt, potassium iodate), spices * (4.3% onions, paprika, garlic, allspice, pepper), vinegar extract *, seasoning * (from WHEAT), tomatoes *, salt *, Sunflower oil *, herbs * (bay leaves, thyme), CELERY *, natural clove aroma *, BARLEY MALT EXTRACT *, aromas (with WHEAT), acidifier citric acid *. * Natural ingredients May contain EGGS, MILK, MUSTARD and SOYA.
Preparation:
Sear 500g of meat (sirloin) from all sides in hot oil. Set meat aside. Mix the package content with 375ml of water and bring to a boil. Braise the meat in the Sauerbraten mix on low temperature for approx. 1 hour to 1 ½ hours while covered. Turn the roast occasionally. Serve with red cabbage and potato dumplings.
