Spaetzle recipe with cheese – works fast and tastes great.
Ingredients: 25.7% fried onions (onions, sunflower oil), sunflower oil, lactose, iodised salt, yeast extract, 4.5% MELT CHEESE, spices (garlic, onions, cumin, pepper, turmeric, nutmeg), glucose syrup, flavours (with MILK), Parsley, lacto protein, WHEY PRODUCT, citric acid.
May contain GLUTENY CEREAL, CELERY, EGGS, MUSTARD and SOY.
For 250g of Spätzle and 100g of grated cheese (i.e. Emmentaler)
1) Heat 750ml of water in a pan, stir content of sachet in and bring to the boil.
2) Add uncooked pasta and cook on low heat (without lid) for about 20 minutes. Cook until consistency is to your liking. Stir from time to time.
3) Sprinkle cheese on top of the dish and let it melt (with lid) for about 5 minutes.
