Spaetzle recipe with cheese – works fast and tastes great.
Ingredients: 26.3% fried onions * (onions, sunflower oil), sunflower oil *, LACTOSE *, iodized salt (salt, potassium iodate), 5.3% CHEESE *, spices * (onion powder, garlic, caraway, pepper, turmeric, nutmeg ), natural flavors *, natural CHEESE FLAVOR with other natural flavors *, parsley *, seasoning * (from WHEAT), lemon extract *, lemon juice powder *, MILK PROTEIN PRODUCT *, WHEAT STARCH *, salt *, sugar *. * natural ingredients May contain CELERY, EGGS, MUSTARD and SOYA.
For 250g of Spätzle and 100g of grated cheese (i.e. Emmentaler)
1) Heat 750ml of water in a pan, stir content of sachet in and bring to the boil.
2) Add uncooked pasta and cook on low heat (without lid) for about 20 minutes. Cook until consistency is to your liking. Stir from time to time.
3) Sprinkle cheese on top of the dish and let it melt (with lid) for about 5 minutes.
