One sachet is sufficient for 250 ml of water or fruit juice.

starch, gelling agent carrageenan(E407), citric monopotassium tartrate(E336), firming agent potassium chloride(E508).
1. Mix 1 sachet cake glaze with 2 tablespoons sugar in a small saucepan and stir in gradually 250 ml of cold water or liquid * with a mixing spoon.
* Add 3 tablespoons liquid separately if canned liquid of apricots, peaches or plums is used. Please mix canned cherry liquid with water in equal parts.
2. Bring to the boil, stirring constantly. Quickly distribute glaze with a tablespoon from center of the cake. Leave to set.
