Guaranteed good dough there with Dr. Oetker Garant dough. Even inexperienced bakers can effortlessly conjure tasty yeast cakes. The yeast dough guarantor is fast and easy to use: the usual proofing time is omitted and the dough has to ‘rest’ after stirring only 15 minutes.
Bag content is sufficient for 375g of flour.
Baking powder (baking agent glucono-delta-lactone and sodium bicarbonate), 15% dry yeast, starch, separating agent tricalcium phosphate, emulsifier E 491.
1. First, carefully mix the yeast dough with the flour.
2. Add the remaining ingredients in the recipe (milk / fat does not have to be heated with the yeast dough guarantor). Mix with a blender (kneading hook) about 2 minutes to a smooth dough. Proofing time is not required! 3. Immediately process the dough according to the recipe or place it in a baking dish, leave to rest for 15 minutes and then bake. The baking time depends on the information in the respective recipe.
