Preparation:
1. Pour 250 ml of cold milk or 200 ml of cold milk and 100 g cold whipping cream in a mixing bowl, rinsed with hot water.
2. Add cream powder and stir with a mixer (stirring rods) briefly with its lowest setting. Mix for 3 minutes on highest level.
3. Fill the mousse in dessert glasses or a bowl and put in refrigerator for at least 1 hour
