Preparation:
1. Mix 1 bag of jelly and about 100g of sugar (about 5 heaped tablespoons) in a saucepan, then stir in 500ml (1/2 liter) of water and mix with a wooden spoon.
2. While stirring, heat until everything is dissolved (do not boil!).
3. Pour liquid into dessert glasses or in a glass bowl. Let cool down a bit, then refrigerate at least for 5 hours.

Gelatine, acidifier( fumaric acid) flavouring, food coloring (concentrates from black carrot and hibiscus).
