Ingredients:
WHEAT FLOUR, sugar, 15% cocoa-based icing (sugar, palm fat, low-fat cocoa powder, LACTOSE, cocoa mass, emulsifier (lecithins (SOYA))), starch (WHEAT), 2.6% low-fat cocoa powder, raising agents (diphosphates, sodium carbonates), oligofructose, Emulsifiers (E 475, E 471), aroma. May contain: EGG, MILK PROTEIN, HAZELNUTS.

Preparation:
You need: baking pan, 150g soft margarine or butter, 3 eggs (size M), 100ml milk and 1 tablespoon milk.

1. Preparing and dough
Grease baking pan and sprinkle with flour. Preheat oven. Top / Bottom heat: about 180 ° C. fan forced: about 160 ° C. Give baking mix in a mixing bowl, add margarine or butter, eggs and milk 100ml. Process with a mixer shortly, then at full power for about 3 minutes to a smooth dough.

2. Add to the form
Give 2/3 of the dough into the loaf pan. Among the rest of the dough mixture, add cocoa and 1 tablespoon milk, stir. Distribute dark dough on the light dough and pull through both layers of dough with a fork to become a marble pattern.

3. Bake
Put pan onto the rack in the oven. Inset: lower third. Baking time: about 60 minutes. Cut the cake lenghtwise 1cm deep after about 15 minutes of baking, using a sharp knife. Let cake in pan stand for 10 , then remove it from the pan and let cool on a wire rack.

4. Glaze

Bring water to a boil in a saucepan, remove from heat, place icing bag in and leave for about 10 minutes. Dry the bag, knead well and cut open. Pour the frosting onto the cake, spread with a knife and allow to set.
