Preparation:
Required Ingredients – Springform pan (Ø 26 cm) Add: 1 can of mandarins(drained weight 480 g), 100 g soft margarine or butter, 1 egg (size M,) 400 g sour cream
- Drain the mandarins well and collect the liquid and measure out 350 ml. Grease the springform pan.
- Preheat the oven. Top/bottom heat: about 180°C Hot air: about 160°C
- Prepare the dough – Put the baking mix for the dough in a mixing bowl, add margarine or butter and egg. Mix everything with a blender (stirring sticks) on the lowest setting to crumble. Add the crumble to the springform pan. First press down a dough edge about 2 cm high, then press the base firmly
- Prepare and bake the mixture for the topping. Mix with sour cream and 350 ml of measured liquid with the mixer (stirring rods) first on the lowest and then on the highest setting for 2 minutes. Fold in the mandarins. Spread the mixture evenly on the base. Place the tin on the rack in the oven. Insertion: lower third Baking time: about 60 mins.
