Ruf red pudding with sago is cooked with water and sugar.

Preparation:
1. Mix the powder with 75g of sugar. Gradually stir with at least 6 tablespoons of 1 / 2l of cold liquid.
2. Boil the rest of the liquid, remove from the boiling point and stir in the stirred powder.
3. Boil the red jelly briefly while stirring. Fill the red jelly in a glass and refrigerate for 3 hours.
