The Dr. Oetker Bitter almond flavor can be used to refine pastries and desserts with a soft bitter almond flavor. One vial is good to use for 500 g of flour or 0.5 liters of liquid.
It can easily be used drop wise to get the desired flavor intensity.

This product comes in a 4 pack (4 x 2ml).
