1. Add 200 ml of milk to a mixing bowl. Add 1 egg (size M) and mixture and mix to a smooth dough with a whisk.
2. Heat margarine or butter in a large coated pan. Pour in the dough and bake it at a medium heat until golden brown.
3. When dough top is still a bit liquid, divide the dough into 4 pieces and turn. Tear dough into small pieces and bake golden brown. Sprinkle the Kaiserschmarrn with icing sugar.
