Classic with cinnamon sugar, fruity with red fruit jelly or fresh fruit – everyone has their preferences when it comes to semolina. Now there is the popular classic from Dr. Oetker also with 30 percent less sugar: Dr. Oetker sweet meal semolina less sweet. The reduced-sugar variant tastes subtly sweet and can be refined individually. Of course, the semolina is less sweet than usual and simply prepared with 500 ml of boiling milk.
Ingredients: 56% DURUM WHEAT semolina, sugar, starch, maltodextrin, modified starch, thickener xanthan, aroma (contains LACTOSE), emulsifier (mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids).
1. Bring 500 ml milk to the boil.
2: Remove the pan from the stove. Add the Dr Oetker semolina while stirring with a whisk and continue to stir vigorously for about 1 minute.
3: Let the semolina stand for 5 minutes. Stir the semolina again and serve with fruit if you like.
