Add fresh: 250 g spaghetti, 250 g lean mixed minced meat and 1 can (400 g) chunky tomatoes
Preparation:
1) Put the pasta in boiling water and cook al dente.
2) Fry minced meat in a pan with 2 tablespoons of hot olive oil. Add tomatoes and 200 ml of cold water. Stir in the contents of the bag and bring to the boil while stirring.
3) Cook on low heat for 15 minutes. Stirring occasionally. Serve with the spaghetti. A colorful leaf salad goes well with this.
