Grocholl potato products are made with the waxy, yellow-fleshed potatoes from the Lüneburg Heath, Altmark, and Wendland in Germany. Continuous control from field to finished product according to the highest international standards guarantees consistent quality year-round.
Ingredients: Potatoes (90%), onions (6%), rapeseed oil, potato starch, salt, spice, antioxidation preparation sodium metabisulphite.
Preparation: Spread the Roesti out evenly in a nonstick pan. Brown them over high heat for approximately 5 minutes. Press the Roesti down and fry over medium heat for about 5 minutes until golden brown. Flip the Roesti over and adding a teaspoon of margarine or butter, fry the other side for approximately 5 minutes until golden brown.
