Ingredients: Sugar, stabilizers (potassium sodium tartrate, tripotassium citrate), gelling agent carrageenan, acidifying agent citric acid, coloring foodstuff, safflower concentrate, setting agent potassium chloride, flavoring, coloring E131.
Method:
- Put the powder in a mixing bowl. Add 500 ml of boiling water (e.g. from a kettle) and stir everything in immediately with a whisk for about 1/2 minute (but do not beat!) Until everything has dissolved.
- Pour liquid into dessert glasses, a bowl or cold rinsed cups and rinse them in the fridge (at least 2 hours).
