Preparation
Protects preserves from mold and fermentation. One packet is sufficient to preserve 5 kg of preserved fruit and vegetables. Directions:
- Add the preserving aid to the hot preserves immediately after cooking and stir thoroughly.
- For pickled preserves, stir the preserving aid immediately into the hot vinegar solution.
