Preparation:
For 250ml sauce, use about 3 tbsps (18g).
1. Bring liquid (eg, broth, milk or cooking liquid) to a boil.
2. Stir in the Mondamin powder and let boil for 1 minute.
3. Rebind the sauce as required, while boiling and stirring again.
4. Season and refine according to taste.
