1.BRING TO BOIL
For 1 sachet (3 servings) boil 250 ml of water and 125 ml of whole milk with half a teaspoon of salt (2 g) and 10 g of Parmesan.
Take the pot off the stove and add 125 ml of cold whole milk.
Now you only need to stir in the puree flakes briefly with a wooden spoon.
Let the puree rest for 1 – 2 minutes and then stir again briefly before serving.
