A bread made from 90% spelt and 10% rye
This is a whole-grain bread speciality from freshly milled spelt and natural sourdough – a very special experience in taste. In many cases the primitive grain spelt is the right choice. Of course we only use single-origin spelt from organic farming.
Spelt* 55% (kibbled whole spelt*, 51%, whole spelt* flour 4%), water, kibbled whole rye* 6%, as natural sourdough, yeast*, salt.(*certified organic ingredients)
May contain traces of wheat and lupin.
