Ingredients:
Wheat flour, palm fat, color e150c.. Allergy information:
Contains gluten-containing grains (wheat).

Preparation:
For 250ml sauce, use about 2 heaped tbsps (25g), for 500ml sauce, use about 3 heaped tbsps (35g).
1. Bring liquid (eg, broth, milk or cooking liquid) to a boil.
2. Stir in the Mondamine dark roux  and let boil for 1 minute.
3. Rebind the sauce as required, while stirring again.
4. Season and refine according to taste.
