Preparation of: 200g minced meat and 250g spaghetti
1. cook spaghetti in lightly salted water.
2. fry mince in a little hot oil. Add 250 ml of cold water. Add spice mix and bring to the boil while stirring.
3. Cover and cook 5 minutes over low heat. Serve sauce separate to the spaghetti.
