Knorr Fix Schweinebraten / pork roast

The classic roast, with a savory sauce of onions, tomatoes, carrots, celery and herbs.

Ingredients:
starch, 14% onion, palm oil, rice flour, 9.7% tomato powder, iodized Meersalz², sugar, spice, carrot, celery, caramel sugar syrup, flavourings, paprika, salt substitutes *, maltodextrin, garlic, salt, bay leaves, marjoram, thyme , rosemary, pepper, cumin, onion juice concentrate, yeast extract, lemon juice powder, sunflower oil, parsley. ² 94% sea salt in the added salt
* obtained from natural potassium minerals may contain traces of gluten, milk, egg and mustard.

Preparation:
Preparation for 500 g pork (eg from the thigh)

1. brown the meat all over in a little hot oil.
2. pour in 400 ml of water, stir and bring to the boil, mix with bag contents.
3. Cover and simmer over low heat for about 1 hour. Turn the meat halfway through. Add a little bit of water if necessary.
