Knorr Fix knuspriges Wiener Schnitzel / crunchy veal schnitzel

This classic tastes young and old. Juicy schnitzel, delicious crunchy.

Ingredients:
77% bread crumbs (wheat flour, salt, yeast, paprika), rice flour, egg white, 2.6% iodized sea salt, palm oil, egg yolk powder, spice, starch, sugar, yeast extract, salt, flavorings (with egg).  
May contain traces of milk, celery and mustard.

Preparation:
Preparation of: 3 veal, pork or turkey cutlets (150g).

1. Pour contents of the bag on a flat plate. Moist Schnitzel well with cold water.
2. Place the cutlet in the batter, press well, turn and press well again.
3. In abundant hot oil fry golden brown over medium heat on both sides.

Best served with hot chips.
