add fresh: 250 g sliced veal, pork or poultry meat and 150 grams of mushrooms (fresh or canned):
1. sauté meat in 2 tablespoons hot oil (eg Mazola) over high heat. Remove from heat and keep warm.
2. clean mushrooms, cut into slices (or drain) and add to the frying pan.
3. add 250 ml of cold water and mix in the powder. Bring to a boil while stirring and cook 1 minute. Add meat and let get hot in the sauce.
