Ingredients:
Starch, gelling agent: carrageenan, acidifier: potassium tartrate, strawberry flavour, fortifying agent: potassium chloride, food colouring: safflower concentrate, dye: real carmine
Preparation:
1. Mix 1 sachet cake glaze with 2 tablespoons sugar in a small saucepan and stir in gradually 250 ml of cold water or liquid with a mixing spoon.
2. Bring to the boil, stirring constantly. Quickly distribute glaze with a tablespoon from center of the cake. Leave to set.
