In addition to traditional production, it can be varied with the addition of different types of fruit
Ingredients: Sugar, glucose syrup, vegetable oils (palm kernel, palm), emulsifier (lactic acid esters of mono– and diglycerides of fatty acids), modified starch, gelatin, MILK PROTEIN, flavouring (contains LACTOSE). May contain: GLUTEN.
Method:
You add: 500g cold whipping cream, 200ml warm water, 500g Cream Cheese (Quark)
PREPARATION:
- Beat the cream until stiff.
- Put the cream powder in a mixing bowl, add warm water and stir well with a whisk. Stir in the quark in portions, then fold in the cream. Process the cheese and cream cream according to the recipe and sprinkle the pastries with decorative sugar.
