2) Mix the contents of the packet with Dr. Oetker vanillin sugar (if desired) while whisking constantly.
3) Whip the cream to the desired firmness and cool until served. Stays for several hours. Tip: If you sprinkle a cake floor evenly with Dr Oetker ‘sahnesteif’, it does not get wet (soaky) that quickly.
