Ingredients:
Sugar, wheat flour, 13% chocolate flakes dragees (sugar, cocoa mass, low fat cocoa powder, cocoa butter, emulsifier lecithin, glucose syrup), wheat starch, 3.4% low fat cocoa powder, dextrose, baking powder (baking agent disodium diphosphate and sodium bicarbonate), gelatine, rice starch, modified starch, emulsifiers (e 475, E471, E433), flavouring, thickener (E466).

Allergy advice:
Contains cereals containing gluten (wheat). May contain traces of nuts (hazelnuts) and dairy products (including lactose).

Preparation:
You need: 100g margarine or soft butter, 2 eggs (size M), 75ml (6 tbsp) milk, 3 bananas, 500-600g cold whipped cream, 100ml cold water.

1. Preparing and dough
Grease baking pan and sprinkle with flour. Preheat oven. Top / Bottom heat: about 170 ° C. fan forced: about 150 ° C. Give baking mix in a mixing bowl, add margarine or butter, eggs and milk 100ml. Process with a mixer shortly, then at full power for about 3 minutes to a smooth dough. Put dough in the baking tray and flatten.

2. Add to the form

Stir mixture for the topping and water in a mixing bowl, mix with a whisk for about 1/2 minute until smooth. Immediately add the cream and mix lightly. Put cream-mix dome-like on the bananas and sprinkle with dough crumbs (if possible press down slightly). Put cake in the fridge for about 2 hours.
