1. Mix the powder with 2 heaped tbsp (40g) sugar. Gradually mix with at least 6 tablespoons of cold milk (take from 500ml).
2. Bring the remaining milk to a boil, remove from the heat and stir in powder mix with a whisk.
3. Bring to a boil, briefly with stirring. Mix the sauce more frequently during cooling. Stir thoroughly before serving.
