1. Pour 200 ml milk and 200 g whipped cream in a saucepan. Mix in the Creme Brulee powder with a whisk and bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Over medium heat cook at least for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
2. Spread the cream on 4 heat-resistant molds or cups, let cool slightly and refrigerate for at least 2 hrs.
