BASIC INSTRUCTIONS: 3 eggs, 100ml canola oil, 50ml water
preheat the oven to 160C; assemble the brownie pan as seen in the instructions; in medium size mixing bowl combine the baking mix (Backmischung), egg, water & oil and whisk with a wire whisk until well blended.
Pour the brownie batter into the assembled brownie pan; place brownie tray onto the centre oven rack and bake for about 40 minutes; remove pan from oven and place on a wire rack; allow to cool to room temperature, then fold the sides of the brownie pan down; cut into 16 individual pieces and serve
